‘Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin’ Tops The Ratings on Its Debut

“Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin,” the newest series to join the primetime race, took the national lead as it earned the number one post in the list of the most-watched programs nationwide when it premiered last Monday, March 7, according to Kantar Media/TNS.

“Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin” obtained a national rating of 37.8%, the highest among all programs aired last Monday. It trounced "I Heart You Pare," which rated only 19.4% in its new and earlier timeslot.

The Coco Martin-starred series also took supremacy over its timeslot in the Mega and Metro Manila areas. “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin” got a rating of 30.5% in Mega Manila beating “I Heart You Pare’s” 23.4%.

The newest series on ABS-CBN earned a 10-point lead against GMA’s “I Heart You Pare” in the Metro Manila area. “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin” achieved a Metro Manila rating of 34.2% while “I Heart You Pare” only obtained 24%.

Upon learning the good news, Coco and the rest of the cast members plus its directors are very happy with the overwhelming response. “Sarap ng feeling,” Coco said in an interview.
