Is June 20, 2011 A Holiday in the Philippines?

President Noynoy Aquino has signed Proclamation 154 on April 26, 2011 declaring June 20, 2011, Monday, as a Special Non-working Holiday in celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of Philippine National Hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
