Edgar Allan Guzman, Kim Chiu MMK episode tops ratings!

Edgar Allan Guzman and Kim Chiu were paired for the first time on TV through the August 13, 2011 episode of ABS-CBN's drama anthology "Maalaala Mo Kaya" (MMK).

It might also be because of the interesting story of Apple (Kim Chiu) and Rico (Edgar Allan) and the amazing direction of Cathy Garcia Molina who made her comeback on MMK via the episode, but the Edgar Allan and Kim Chiu team up seems to be a "click" to the masses since the said episode scored high in national ratings survey.

The said MMK episode topped the TV ratings race nationwide on that day, according to Kantar Media. It garnered a rating of 32.0, making it the number 1 most viewed show in the Philippines on August 13.
